PK62 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PK62 platform, including the website, mobile application, all gaming products, promotions, and associated services. By registering, logging in, or placing any wager, you are entering into a binding agreement with PK62.

PK62 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

PK62 is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use any service on this platform. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that:

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on PK62. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of any associated balances and permanent banning.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential at all times.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying PK62 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Updating your account details promptly if they change.

PK62 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Be cautious of phishing attempts. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options available on your account settings page.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

PK62 supports a range of payment methods suited to players across Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. PK62 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

For withdrawals, please note the following:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing.

PK62 reserves the right to run additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to bonus-specific wagering terms before becoming withdrawable.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

• Bonuses are valid for one account per household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including matched betting or arbitrage using promotional funds — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• PK62 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period; unclaimed or unused bonus funds after expiry are forfeited.

When placing bets, you accept that:

• Results are final once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the platform.
• PK62 reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously erroneous odds caused by system or human error.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded (late bets) will be void regardless of outcome.
• In the event of a disputed result, PK62's decision is final after internal review.
• Collusion, match-fixing suspicion, or use of automated betting software will result in immediate account action.

You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient balance before placing a bet. PK62 will not be liable for bets not placed due to insufficient funds, technical issues on your device, or connectivity problems.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PK62 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using PK62 services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or loopholes; any such activity must be reported to support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or PK62 staff in any channel.

PK62 employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors activity across all accounts. If suspicious activity is identified, PK62 may freeze, suspend, or permanently close an account while investigations are conducted.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

By using PK62, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their original deposit method, subject to verification clearance. PK62 is not liable for any losses you may incur as a result of account suspension where the action was warranted.

11. Limitation of Liability

PK62 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and a seamless experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PK62 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from service outages, technical faults, or maintenance windows.
